We are certified by the FAA for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft parts, to assist airlines in maintaining an airworthy fleet.

In addition to serving the commercial and cargo industries, Airside MRO is also proud to work with various branches of the U.S. Military and its subcontractors.

Brad Young

President & CEO

Brad Young has built an illustrious career in aviation for nearly 20 years. Part of his vision to make an impact on the industry has been to create an all-inclusive service to his customer base by providing MRO services. Brad has held various positions in both sales and leadership and is the ideal candidate to lead Airside MRO through its launch and growth phases. Brad has an instinctual understanding of the airline industry and is committed to quality, reliability, customer service, and sound business practices.

Ken Meissner

Vice President, Sales

Ken Meissner has an extensive background in aviation sales. In addition to leadership and executive acumen, Ken brings high level sales strategies and business development to the Airside MRO team. Ken holds a B.A. from The University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of San Diego.

Jena Forrest

Director of Operations

Jena Forrest is a key member of the Airside MRO team. She has worked in various roles including sales support, accounting, quality, logistics, recruiting, and implementing data management systems designed to measure company performance. In previous experience, Jena was heavily involved with directing and overseeing repair vendor management. Jena’s diverse experience is what has led to her current role as Director of Operations where she is responsible for integrating all elements of the company to maximize operational efficiency and company performance. Jena’s extensive experience makes her a key contributor to the success of Airside MRO. Jena holds an M.A. in General Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

Rahmeen Seyyedy

Chief Financial Officer

Rahmeen Seyyedy is the CFO at Airside. Since joining the team, he has been the driving force for advancements in financial reporting, data analysis, and strategic financial operations. Rahmeen has also solidified his role as a key player on the executive team by establishing culture, providing financial insight to key team members, and generally establishing a positive and professional business culture.
